Otto Shoes ships nationwide. To start shopping, click on the product page. Once you’ve added your items in the cart and you’re ready to check out, click on view cart button. Proceed to check out and review your order and choose your handling shipping destination.At check out, you will see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
Unfortunately, Otto Shoes does not ship internationally for the moment but stay tuned for future developments!
What size am I?
Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using these tools to better determine your ideal size:A link to the Size Guide with detailed product measured is included on each product page. As a note, measurement are indicated in US size, and centimeters. In general, it is best to start with your regular size and adjust according to the style of the shoe.

Billing and Payment
Otto Shoes accepts the following: Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, GCash and GrabPay.
Bank Deposit: Metrobank
For payments made thru bank deposit, kindly email or send a scanned copy of the deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Manual payment orders are reserved for two days and are only considered sold once Otto has received payment confirmations from the customer. The order will be cancelled if payment confirmation is not received in two days.
Cash on Delivery: Payments are processed by NinjaVan. Cash payment is made upon delivery. Available on selected provinces you may email email@example.com
How do I create an Otto Shoes Account?
Go to your account, provide the requested information and you’re ready to go.
Although there is no need to set an account for you to be able to place an order there are benefits you can enjoy as a registered member such as:

How do I know if ordering online is secure?
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depends on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website.
How will I know if Otto Shoes received my order and when will I get billed?
Once we have received your order, our sales representative will send you an email confirming of your purchase. If you select Credit/Debit or Paypal as a method of your payment, you will be charged at the time you place your order.
How long does delivery take and what are my shipping costs?
Standard delivery within Metro Manila will take 2-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. For delivery outside Metro Manila, it will take 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery fee is automatically added to your guaranteed order total. Metro Manila rate has a standard fee of 150 pesos per package and provincial rates are 250 pesos per package.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or any items within the order. If our warehouse is already packing up your shipment, we cannot cancel or change it in anyway.

Tracking your Order
We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. You can check your order status by checking our shipping partners tracking number that will be given to you.
How do I return?
Due to the complexity of our return process, we do not accept complimentary returns in the store. For a full refund, Otto Shoes gladly refunds of unworn , unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online within 7 days of original purchase. Item (s) must be mailed directly to the head office and will not be accepted at Otto Shoes stores. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Once, we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.
How can I exchange?
You may exchange items by mail or at any of our retail stores. Otto Shoes gladly accepts direct exchanges of unworn, unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online within 7 days of original purchase.

Can I return purchases in store?
Yes! Otto Shoes gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase. All returned items must be in the original packaging and box, including all tags the item came with.
Simply bring the item(s) you’d like to exchange to any Otto Shoes store along with your receipt and original form of payment. Our salesperson can assist you with your return.

Can I refund purchases in store?
As we don’t offer complementary refunds on our retail locations, all item(s) for refund must be mailed in. Mail in returns are only accepted at our corporate office. For a full refund, Otto Shoes gladly refunds of unworn , unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online within 7 days of original purchase.
